Stampotique Designer's Challenge plus a WOYWW thrown in for good measure!

The next challenge of the ~{Stampotique DT}~ is Wings and as it's the first this month you can use any stamps, but if you have any ~{Stampotique}~ ones it'd be ggreat if you used them. You can win a $15 gift certificate to use in the store if you do the challenge.

I had my niece, Lucy, staying with me last week and she loved a little guardian angel I have that was given to me by my parents so I thought I'd make her one of her own on a mini canvas.

I used ~{Perl}~ and ~{Medium and small bee}~ stamps. As Lucy is not a fan of bees, I just cut the wings from the body, as I did for Perls wings, and added some gems. The wings were embossed with black powder and painted with H2O's.

The canvas itself is painted and I've used various bits I've been gathering to stamp painty circles over it and then doodled a bit. I've added lots of dimension with silicone glue.

And just a quickie ~{WOYWW}~ as I'm just doing a bit of colouring for birthdays coming up. You may notice, if you visited via Julia's Blog last week, that the round revolving storage is missing. I'm going to start spray painting it today as it's decent weather so I can leave it outside. In it's place is the start of my first A4 art journal page.

That round thingy took up a lot of room on your desk. It looked like it matched your desk before. But I'm sure you will love it after it's painted.

That canvas is so much fun. I love the colors you chose, and would NEVER have considered using silicone glue to add dimension. You sure have some cool circles going. I always like that look, but often forget to include it. Happy WOYWW.

Like the idea of a canvas; its fun to get away from cards every now and then. Great job!

I love this canvas. The colors are awesome and so eye-catching. Perl looks great with wings too. I've missed two challenges now, so I need to try and get a card done for this one. Yours is very inspiring.
