Stampotique New Release Blog Hop!

Welcome to our blog hop introducing a new artist as well as many ~{new stamps}~ from our other artists.  You should have hopped here from ~{Roc Nicholas}~ who is our Fabulous New Designer of Stamps!! If not, you will want to start at the ~{Stampotique Designer's Blog}~.

Join us along the blog hop for a chance to win some new stamps as a random winner will be chosen from one of the designer blogs as well as one from our Stampotique Blog, so make sure to jump through the hop and leave a comment here when you are finished.  Let us know what your favorite new stamps are.  We will announce the random winners on our next challenge on 2/22/12 so you have a week to hop around.

Here are my first offerings using the stamps:

For this ~{ Tando Chipboard Arch}~ I have used ~{Wolfie King}~ and as he looks a bit like a superhero, I've used the wings from ~{Shouting Bird}~ so that he can fly. The images are coloured with Copics and the arch is painted with Eco Green acrylic paints. I've then gone to town with the doodles.

Next up, I've made a journal page using a quote I found on ~{Pinterest}~

I've used ~{Friend}~ as the main character, I love how dark he is and ~{Picture Door}~ as the fridge. Both inside and out, I've masked off part of the stamp and then added some Daniel Torrente style doodling to keep it matching.
I then did my favourite pastime of cutting heads off the images to make 'food' in the fridge. From top to bottom I used:

~{Mervynboy}~
~{Wombat}~
~{Old Timey Frog}~
~{Catepillar}~ and
~{Quizer}~. I've then used the head of ~{Lovelyarethesound}~ as he has an amazingly perfect lightbulb shaped head! For the background of the page I used ~{Fax to Wolfgang}~, ~{Mesh}~ and ~{Swirl Stalks}~

From here, you will need to go to ~{Jane Wetzel's Blog}~ to continue the hop and don't forget to leave us comments to be in with the chance of winning some lovely new stamps!

Kaz xxx

I love your creative style! Isn't it fun to learn later in life that a person can indeed be creative- especially when the internal and external voices just shut up and let us be?
